We want to create a better quantum computing ecosystem with you. That’s why we came up with a plan that is ambitious but explicitly realistic. Just as we are.

Our goal is to get the whole ecosystem talking. No stage, no frontal education, no tiptoeing around the elephants in the room, but real, meaningful exchange with a finish line: At the end we want you all to leave AFQC with an idea, what to do next to make our ecosystem better.

Step 1: Ask the important questions

What do I and my organisation really need to make a true impact? What are some realistic and not so realistic goals to set ourselves? How can we better join forces? What needs to be said to whom and what needs to be done?

Step 2: Get closer to the solution

We love ambition, but we want to make a true impact. That’s why we set achievable short term goals, kill our darling ideas and chose those instead that are achievable and will really change something in the not too distant future or by the end of the year.

Step 3: Refine the idea, together

We’ll define 3 Challenges where change is necessary
We find 3 Solutions where change is possible
We set 6 Goals where change is hard

Step 4: Commit

Together we’ll make change happen and have a true impact for our ecosystem. And then we’ll party.
