Our QSea I contractor ParityQC will support our ALQU and R-QIP projects with research and development work and implement the results on the QSea I ion trap quantum computer as part of a call for services.
The aim of the call for services for ALQU is to develop customised compilation optimisation strategies for the QSea I quantum computer. ParityQCs will develop optimisation strategies for the precompilation and compilation steps and create a benchmarking suite to measure the performance improvements achieved by the different strategies investigated.
For R-QIP, ParityQC will design quantum error correction codes suitable for QSea I. To do this, the company will use realistic noise and error models and perform a proof of concept with the digital twin of QSea I (also developed by ParityQC).
Parity Quantum Computing Germany
ParityQC focuses on the development of blueprints and operating systems for quantum computers. ParityQC works with hardware partners worldwide to jointly build quantum computers for applications ranging from general-purpose, error-corrected quantum computing to solving optimisation problems on NISQ devices. ParityQC is developing the architecture, algorithms and an operating system for DLR.
